Shake well before use. Spray 15 cm from the face. Spray evenly, but avoid spraying in one spot for more than 3 seconds. 
Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Keep babies and small children out of direct sunlight. Do not sit in the sun for a long time, even with sunscreen, as this does not give you 100% protection. Apply sunscreen just before sun exposure. Rejuvenate the application frequently in a generous amount to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating and toweling.
