It is a mutual value program: The rich biodiversity of the Greek nature will form the shield and the vehicle for the new development of the local community of Pindos. Our goal is to re-shape the success of the PINDOS Wild Herbs range so that the value of these unique products may return to their place of origin, thus promoting PINDOS, strengthening local production and creating a new educational model.

APIVITA replaces water with organic plant infusions which offer mainly antioxidant properties to its products. Given that most cosmetic products consist of more than 70% water, APIVITA products are rich in antioxidant ingredients due to their basis. The effectiveness of the infusions selected from time to time is scientifically proven whereas their antioxidant effect and content in polyphenols is measured using acknowledged methods. In the last years, APIVITA has been studying and using the infusions from Greek plants and herbs with proven and excellent antioxidant properties, such as the patented* infusion from 3 siderites species (Sideritis Scardica, Sideritis Perfoliata, Sideritis Raeseri) contained in the PINDOS WILD HERBS range. All 3 sideritis species are collected from organic crops on Mt. Olympus and boast antioxidant, moisturizing and sunscreen properties.
